Disney Merch App

Role: Digital Creative Director, Hands-On UX / UI Design, Research, UX / UI Strategy, Team Creative Director

Overall Objective: Design and build a mobile app that helps guests purchase Disney exclusive merchandise during their in-park or out-of-park experience.

Merch App Vision: Sell Disney exclusive merchandise anywhere, anytime, in any way our Guests want. This more than anything is a mobile play.

UX Design Goals: Improve guest buying experience; geo-loc park stores so guests can find the easily; use camera for in-store bar code reader; send merch to resort room or home; Search entire Merch catalog with intuitive filters; Allow for delight and discovery after guests leave their park experience; Allow for easy checkout; Use UX design patterns from Parks App; Scale internationally.
