AWS Field Sales Enablement Portal

Role: Digital Creative Director, Hands-On UX / UI Design, Research, UX Strategy,, Requirements Workshop Moderator, Team Experience Director

Overall Objective: Create an engaging portal to help AWS Field Sales Users navigate easily to relevant training and certification content.

Portal Objective: Create a Clean and Simple Experience; Create module to highlight new content and promotions; Design an experience that encourages discoverability; Design a Dashboard experience that can be personalized by users.

UX Design Process: Design a rich portal experience (8 weeks) using a technique called: Requirements Visualization Sessions (RV Sessions). Moderated the session with participants: 1 Product Manager, 1 Business Strategist, 1 Business Director and 3 people from our internal agency. Conducted User interviews, Field Sales Usability Tests and incorporated user feedback into multiple rounds of wireframe iterations.
